Esna Holidays’ Acquisition of Mackinnons Travels Marks a Change in Sri Lanka’s Travel Sector

On 29 October, Esna Holidays acquired Mackinnons Travels from John Keells Holdings PLC, bringing the long-established travel-management company under Esna Group ownership. Mackinnons serves both corporate and leisure travellers and has a longstanding relationship with American Express Global Business Travel. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
