Swiss Life Completes €32 Million Residential Property Investment Deal

On 28 October 2026, Swiss Life Asset Managers France and Swiss Life Banque Privée announced the closing of a €32 million residential-property investment club deal. The investment vehicle will finance the acquisition of two high-end residential buildings in Paris’s 17th arrondissement and Levallois-Perret.
